Welcome to the Globridge Studio!
How long will it take to get my order?
Your order will be processed. Anywhere from 2-7 days is typical for processing time. Domestic order should arrive within 2-5 business days. International orders can take 2-4 weeks.
Please note processing time when considering delivery dates. i.e.,"2 day shipping" means your order should take 2 days to arrive after it ships.
What is your policy on returns and exchanges?
Returns and exchanges are allowed within 14 days of delivery. Item(s) must be in new condition. Customer is responsible for shipping.
NOTE: Holiday themed items and crop tops are non-returnable due to their seasonality. This is stated in each product's listing.
How do I edit or cancel my order?
Message @globridge.studio on Instagram or email support@globridgestudio.com comimmediately with your order number and request for cancellation. We can fulfill orders quickly, so cancellation and edits must be requested within 24 hours to guarantee a full refund.
If you input the wrong shipping address, contact support@globridgestudio.com ASAP to have it changed to the correct one. Due to some orders being processed quickly, there is no guarantee we can change the address, but we will certainly try!
I have only received part of my order. Where is the rest?
Some items are individually packaged to prevent them from being damaged in transit. The other items you ordered should arrive within the same week your first one(s) arrived. If not, reach out to support@globridgestudio.com and we'll check on things for you.
What if an item I ordered arrives damaged?
Products that arrive damaged are eligible for replacement upon photo evidence being provided.
What is the policy regarding lost or stolen packages?
If your package is marked delivered by the shipping service, no refunds or replacements can be issued.
Where can I find sizing information for apparel?
Each product has a photo of the sizing chart included on its product page. Be sure to reference this! We recommend sizing up if you're worried about an item being too small.
Globridge Studio products tend to fit true to size. We think you should order whatever size you typically wear for similar items from other brands.
Does Globridge Studio ship internationally?
Yes! International shipping charges may apply.
Important note: it is the responsibility of the customer to pay any customs charges or brokerage fees.
